We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced RTO / training manager to lead our Adelaide team. Ensuring the continuing pursuit of training excellence within the VET sector, the campus manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of the academic team and campus operations.A newly established CRICOS approved RTO focused on trade courses.ResponsibilitiesManagement of day to day operations and staffing of the campuses to ensure consistency with legislative requirements, quality standards, performance measured against strategic goals and objectives;Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Contribute to College strategic plan and lead and manage key goals and objectives;Seek and develop opportunities for institutional growth and student opportunities;Lead, motivate and supervise staff and manage their KPI’s;Ensuring excellence in customer service, implement procedures and strategies which enable quality outcomes;Attending and leading regular team and management meetings – action points and following up on staff action points; andIdeal Candidate RequirementsProven RTO team management experience with a strong track record of building, motivating and engaging staff;A strong knowledge and understanding of the RTO Standards, the National Code and the ELICOS Standards as well as training packaging requirements;An ability to maintain composure, balance conflicting priorities and effectively handle difficult situations;The ability to develop effective relationships with senior management and staff and maintain trust and confidence, and act in a fair and impartial manner to achieve outcomes.Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced written communication skills and the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.If this sounds like your next role, please forward your letter of application and resume.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.$80K (Negotiable based on experience)Have a Question?We are always here to help.
