Early Years Practitioner – Pragmatgica Servicios S. de RL de CV Department: People  |  Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time  |  Location: Bognor Regis About the Role We’re looking for passionate people to join our Nursery Team at Butlin’s Bognor Regis. As an Early Years Practitioner you will be a key worker who participates in the planning, organization, and operation of the nursery room. We provide an exciting and wide‑range activity programme and understand the need for consistency of care. Key Responsibilities Be a key worker within the room, planning, organizing and operating daily activities. Provide a stimulating and varied play programme alongside other team members. Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times. Work with the Nursery Leadership team to deliver a consistent Parent / Carer / Children’s experience and a cohesive team culture while meeting key responsibilities and compliance of Butlin’s Little Learners Day Nursery. Assist in creating a safe, supportive and caring environment, monitoring and implementing adequate safeguarding policies. Be proactive in activity planning, child observation and development record‐keeping on a regular basis. Develop and deliver a stimulating and creative atmosphere within the nursery, providing a wide activity programme for nursery sessions. Qualifications & Expectations Strong knowledge of statutory safeguarding requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Caring and nurturing attitude towards children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable; a Level 2 qualification is also acceptable for those wishing to progress their career. Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:15 am – 5:45 pm, paid fortnightly. Seniority Level Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr
