Due to growth, they are now looking to appoint a Quality Engineer to support their quality assurance processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.Role Overview:As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet required standards and specifications. You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, managing non-conformances, and supporting audits and inspections.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and improve internal quality processes and proceduresInvestigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformancesSupport root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports and proceduresWork closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout manufacturingAssist with internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001)Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in products and processesSupport training and development of shop-floor staff in quality awarenessCandidate Requirements:Previous experience in a Quality Engineering or related quality role within engineering or manufacturingStrong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D, CAPA, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood attention to detail and organisational abilityProficient in using MS Office and quality reporting systemsWhat's on Offer:Stable, long-term employment with a reputable companyMonday to Friday working hoursSupportive team environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for further development and training #J-18808-Ljbffr
