You will be responsible for assisting the Bodyshops in daily controls and providing exceptional administrative support and the highest level of customer service. As a bodyshop administrator, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering accurate administrative documents and the best customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Qualify and process customer insurance claims. Book estimate appointments and repair appointments. Maintain a professional manner at all times. Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times. Build rapport with internal staff and external customers. Deal with own customer claims and keep customers 'up to date' daily. Qualifications Previous Bodyshop Administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training can be given. Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but is not essential. Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment. Passion for the role.
