This role combines executive support, investor relations, and project management, ensuring seamless operations and high-standard interactions. Leverage cloud/AI tools to enhance efficiency and contribute to building an enduring organization. Drive real impact in an entrepreneurial journey, contributing to building a world-class investment manager within a passionate, high-performance team. What you will do Multiply executive leverage by managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses with precision and safeguarding time. Provide seamless investor relations support, coordinating roadshows, key events, and maintaining core IR systems and data. Offer operational support for CEO Office initiatives, hosting guests, codifying playbooks, and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate 3-6 years of administrative experience across professional services, including 2+ years of dedicated executive support. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with impeccable judgment and discretion. Demonstrated track record of impact in lean or high-performance environments, with familiarity and passion for modern cloud/AI tools.
