At Foster + Partners, you will contribute to ambitious multidisciplinary projects; from early design concepts and strategy, through to detailed development, coordination and delivery. You will collaborate closely with partners, designers and consultants across the industry, working in an environment where quality, imagination and design leadership drive every stage of the process. We are looking for an Interior Designer with 3–5 years’ experience in workplace and hospitality interiors — someone who can balance creativity with technical excellence, contribute to design development, and help deliver sophisticated interior environments. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring clarity and ideas to the design process, and demonstrate a strong ability to integrate interiors seamlessly with architecture. What You’ll Do Develop design concepts, drawings, models, material palettes and presentations for high‑profile interior environments Support day‑to‑day coordination across the design team Take ownership of specific design elements and project packages Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout design development Review design submissions, mock‑ups and material samples as part of quality control Work across multiple stages of design, from concept through to delivery Support and champion EDI integration across all workstreams What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally across workplace or hospitality projects Strong design communication skills and confidence presenting ideas Ability to integrate interior architecture with wider multidisciplinary workflows Revit experience advantageous (Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape and Adobe Suite also beneficial) Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced design studio Why Foster + Partners?
