Job OverviewWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Health & Safety Advisor within the Health & Safety Team. This role will be based on site in Kingsbury, Birmingham.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport and deputise for the Sublot H&S Manager when needed.Support BBV and HS2 behavioural and cultural change programmes through alignment with the Golden Behaviours and Golden Rules.Work independently and efficiently on time‑critical / time‑sensitive workstreams.Provide advice and support on relevant health and safety related issues to colleagues on site.Advise on project compliance with the BBV health and safety management system and relevant UK legislation such as CDM and other construction‑related legislative requirements.Complete documented site inspections and joint inspections with suppliers, BBV and Subcontractor teams.Support project and construction colleagues in the effective delivery of safety briefings / health and safety communications.When needed, provide support for the development of site‑related health and safety communications.Experience RequiredRelevant H&S Diploma, NVQ or Degree (or equivalent level 6 qualification).
