Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time – Saturday & Sunday – 16hrs) – ESI Engineering and Construction, Bromley (Kent) Pay rate: £14.40 ph. Location: Bromley (Kent). You Will Be Responsible For Supporting the Head of Maintenance to create a safe and well-presented environment for their residents and their families. Ensuring the maintenance of the garden and exteriors is to the highest standard. Undertaking daily tasks to ensure both resident bedrooms and communal areas are well maintained. Undertaking general maintenance and repairs when required. Ensuring accurate records of work undertaken are kept. Undertaking other duties as required. About You You will be friendly and approachable and able to interact with both colleagues and residents. You will take pride in maintaining the highest standards with the work you undertake. You will have a good eye for detail. You will have prior experience working in a general maintenance role. What You Get £14.40 ph 33 Day Annual Leave (pro rata) Complimentary meals, snacks and hot drinks on shift. Custom-made uniforms provided.
