With minimum one-hour visits, regular clients, and full support from a team that’s always just a call away, you’ll have the freedom and confidence to deliver care that’s genuinely person-centred.That’s care the way it should be — unrushed, personal, and meaningful.What You Can ExpectPay: £12.60 per care hour + £12.21 travel time + £0.35 mileage⌛ Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availabilityContract: Zero hoursSchedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays)Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea and NeathRequirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)ℹ️ Please note: We are not a licensed sponsor.
