If you're a proven leader driven by innovation and excited to shape the future of energy, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities in the UK energy sector.Ensure proper follow-up of contracts and ongoing services.Recruitment & Consultant Management: Build your team by recruiting engineers according to client needs.Ensure their integration, coaching, and career development.Activity Management & Team Leadership: Monitor project delivery, analyse performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.Support engineers’ skills development and ensure their professional growth.✔ You hold an Engineering degree (mandatory).
