Primary Teacher Location: WF9Salary: Paid to scaleContract: Full-time, Temporary Maternity Cover from January to October 2026 About the Role We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in WF9. This role is to teach Key Stage 2 and will cover maternity leave from January until October 2026. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons for KS2 pupils in line with the national curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil development Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching KS2 Strong classroom management and organisational skills Ability to inspire and motivate pupils Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Work with Career Teachers?
