Are you an experienced Estimator within the Housing sector?
Are you looking to join a family-owned, growing developer to further your career?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a family-owned, growing new build housing developer and maintenance contractor, who are currently on the look out for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Lincoln based office. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering a competitive and accurate tendering function for projects up to £10m.

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience working as an Estimator on Social Housing Contracts or for a New Build Developer.
* Strong commercial awareness
* Strong communication skills
* Experienced in obtaining small and large subcontractor packages
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing Traditional and Design & Build tenders
* Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material enquiries.
* Producing detailed and measured bills of quantities.
* Risk and value management.
* Preparation of budgets, estimates and cost plans.
* Internal tender adjudications and external client presentations
