You will work with qualified and experienced Technicians learning how to repair, service, MOT and maintain modern trucks, buses and coaches including hybrid technology.What We Are Looking ForEnthusiastic individuals with a strong interest in heavy vehiclesBasic understanding of mechanical systems and a desire to learnExcellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detailStrong communication skills and a team player mentalityGCSEs: A*-C / 4-9 in Math and English (or equivalent)Training To Be ProvidedTraining is delivered in the workplace and on block release at a dedicated Heavy Vehicle Academy. There are 18 blocks over the 32-month programme, split between virtual classes and days in Derby. Costs for accommodation, food and travel are met by the employer.
