We are looking for someone to manage a diverse caseload, contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking business, and support the team in delivering high-quality conveyancing services.Location: Based in Carlisle (with offices across Cumbria), with the flexibility to work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Your Caseload: Oversee a variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, new builds, leasehold, and shared ownership, supported by an assistant. Flexibly manage workloads to keep things running smoothly.Drive Performance: Ensure that transactions move forward efficiently, meeting all relevant KPIs and SLAs.Achieve Targets: Meet your personal completion targets while providing top-tier client service.Build Relationships: Maintain close contact with clients, solicitors, panel members, and referral businesses to ensure everyone is kept informed.Mentor Your Team: Lead by example, supporting junior colleagues with file management and maintaining professional standards.Stay Current: Engage in training and performance reviews, contributing to the development of modern conveyancing practices and helping the business remain innovative.Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SLAs, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and SRA requirements.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 3 years in a conveyancing fee earner role, with openness to applications from more experienced candidates.Property Expertise: Comfortable managing a variety of property transactions, including leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.Target-Focused: Proven ability to meet KPIs and personal targets.Self-Motivated: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you manage priorities effectively.Client-Centric: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential issues early, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Process-Oriented: Enthusiasm for modern conveyancing practices to ensure compliance, speed, and accuracy.Benefits and Next StepsThis is not just another conveyancing role - it's an opportunity to be part of a supportive, innovative team that values collaboration and professional growth.
