We pride ourselves on a collaborative, results-driven culture that encourages learning and professional development.OverviewAs a Salesperson at Sales Business School, you will :Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the training and professional development sectorConduct consultations and product demonstrations with prospective clientsBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachWork closely with Marketing and Training teams to align sales strategies with business goalsMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and manage sales forecastingResponsibilitiesProspect new leads and generate interest in Sales Business School’s programsQualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client needsPrepare and deliver customised presentations and proposalsNegotiate contracts and close deals effectivelyTrack sales performance and report key metrics to managementProvide feedback to improve sales processes and marketing initiativesRequired Experience & Skills1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training, professional services, or SaaSProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsComfortable using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilientOrganised and able to manage multiple leads simultaneouslyNice-to-HaveExperience in sales or marketing training programsKnowledge of the UK SME marketSocial selling experience, especially via LinkedInWhat Sales Business School OffersCompetitive base salary + commission / OTE25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension scheme + life assuranceStructured training and career development opportunitiesCollaborative office-based environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
