OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our busy Social Housing maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for our residents.You will be supplied a company van and fuel card.ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of trade repairs including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical workDiagnose and complete reactive repairs in occupied homes with professionalism and careUndertake planned maintenance and void property works to an excellent standardEnsure all works comply with health & safety regulations and organisational policiesProvide great customer service and communicate clearly with residentsMaintain accurate records of materials, time, and completed works via handheld devicesWork independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and service-level targetsAbout You / QualificationsProven experience as a Multi Trader, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar roleStrong competency in at least two core trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating etc.)Carpentry or Plumbing qualificationExperience working in social housing environments (occupied and void properties) is preferredGood understanding of health & safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
