Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.What You’ll Be Doing:Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clientsHandle remortgages, product transfers, and new mortgage applications and providing tailored protection solutionsConduct client appointments in person, virtually, or by phoneSubmit accurate, compliant applications with a “right-first-time” approachMaintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional partnersStay up to date with market trends and lender criteriaWhat We’re Looking For:CeMAP qualified with competent adviser statusProven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilientExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a client-first mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence (regular office attendance required)What You’ll Get:Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)Regular team socials and eventsSupportive, high-performing team environmentWhy Wooton & Bean?We’re proud to be the go-to name for mortgage advice in Mid Sussex, with a loyal client base and a strong network of introducers including lawyers, accountants, and bankers.
