Your missionCampaign Management: Design outreach B2B campaigns based on the company’s goal, our target audience and ideal client profile, with the goal of generating meetings for our sales pipeline to convert into customersEmail Automation: Implement and manage email automation workflows, reply to emails, handle objections, manage lead nurturing sequences and drip campaigns to enhance customer engagement and guide leads through the sales funnelSetting Appointments: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales representativesRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systemsA/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and other elements to continually improve email performance and increase open and reply-ratesContent Creation: Create engaging and personalized email content, optimize the scripts to ensure campaign efficiency and effectivenessData Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on key emailing metrics, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performanceCompliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow industry best practices. Monitor deliverability and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to avoid getting emails flagged as spamMarket Research: Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Your profileProven experience (2+ years) in outreach/sales with a track record of successful campaign management and understanding customer needsProficiency in using any outreach tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or equivalent platformsIn-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics is an advantageFamiliarity with lead generation strategies and tacticsStrong analytical skills to interpret email performance data and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in using reporting tools to measure and communicate campaign effectiveness is an advantageExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to pitch, follow up, work with objections, bring prospects to meetingsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices is an advantage.Why us?Competitive earnings based on salary and commissionCompany performance bonus paid twice a year at achieving company KPIsSport allowanceWork with international clientsAccess to learning opportunitiesPossibility to work remotely"Great Place to Work" Certified Company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
