About the Position This entry‑level role supports the Audit & Assurance department on our Caseware team. Full training will be provided. Main Responsibilities Create and update financial statements using our dedicated accounts production software (CaseWare). Manipulate and review data in Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and other advanced features). Verify financial information to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency. Work as part of a team to meet daily deliverables and client deadlines. Accurately populate, maintain, and update records. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Participate in team meetings to enhance efficiency and share best practices. Provide general administrative support to the team. Skills & Attributes 6+ months of experience in a finance, business, or administrative position (preferred but not essential). Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage; full training will be provided. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Organised, methodical, and deadline-focused. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements. Why Join GT?
