Responsibilities Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming) Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for Requirements A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Aged 18+ Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or VISA transfers) A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend) Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training is provided Join our team at Bluebird Care Andover and Stockbridge, proudly rated Outstanding with the Care Quality Commission.
