As a Behaviour Mentor, youll work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help pupils manage their emotions, regulate their behaviour, and re-engage with learning.In this Behaviour Mentor position, youll deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions, support behaviour plans, and guide pupils through day-to-day challenges. The Behaviour Mentor will be key in helping pupils develop positive relationships and coping strategies that build resilience inside and outside the classroom.The Role:Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needsRun small group workshops on social skills and emotional regulationBuild trusting relationships with pupils and staffFull-time, MondayFriday (08:3015:30, term-time only)Were Looking For:Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related subjectConfident, calm, and empathetic natureStrong communication and teamwork skillsEnhanced DBS, or willingness to applyRibbons & Reeves are Londons leading Education Recruiters.
