Responsibilities The role of Attendance Manager / Education Welfare Officer will involve leading two attendance officers and an attendance assistant to engage students and their parents / carers where poor attendance is identified as a barrier to learning. The role is supported by the Outwood central attendance team who work alongside the academy to support our families to understand and value a top class education. Qualifications Previous experience of working with children and families and with other agencies is essential, preferably within an education welfare setting. The successful candidate will be a highly self‑motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
