The Role As a Trainee Fibre Engineer, Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include Installing and maintaining fibre networks in homes and commercial buildings. Climbing poles and working at height safely (training provided). Using specialist tools and equipment to complete installations. Working outdoors in all weather conditions. Providing professional, friendly service to customers. Who We’re Looking For Someone reliable, hands‑on, and not afraid of heights. A strong work ethic, a team player, and someone who wants more than just a “job”. Experience in construction, landscaping, maintenance, or similar? Great—but not essential.
