You will walk the home daily to proactively identify any areas that need attention, while also conducting regular safety checks on various equipment. You will create a maintenance programme for the home alongside our Home Manager and, of course, interact with our residents on a daily basis – so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents’ dignity at all times. Important Information You will need to be experienced at painting and decorating. Electrical and plumbing skills would be beneficial but not essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Food Safety. You will keep up to date and accurate records of all checks and repairs completed and scheduled.
