Compliance Investigator - Oxford (Hybrid)
Pay: £32.18 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months (likely extension)

Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for aviation safety and regulatory standards? Our client is seeking a Compliance Investigator to join their dynamic team based in Oxford with travel to various UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance within a leading aviation maintenance organisation.

The Role

As a Compliance Investigator, you'll conduct thorough investigations into compliance-related incidents, discrepancies and safety concerns. Using proven methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), you'll identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions. You'll work closely with Quality Assurance teams, support audits and ensure adherence to UK CAA/EASA Part 145 and other regulatory frameworks. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in compliance investigations within aviation maintenance or aerospace.
Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145, UK CAA regulations and industry safety standards.
Expertise in RCA techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams).
Understanding of human factors and performance limitations.
Proficiency in compliance monitoring tools, QMS and data analysis software.Desirable:

Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
Aviation Auditor certification.
Familiarity with military aviation regulations and ISO standards.
