What You Will Do Manage an acute OT caseload, focusing on effective discharge planning and timely transitions for patients. Provide expert assessments and tailored interventions for patients in need of acute OT services. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth and efficient patient discharges. Deliver high-quality OT input, addressing both physical and cognitive needs of patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HCPC standards.
