The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, order, and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces. This role ensures high standards of hygiene and presentation across the property, coordinates with other departments to guarantee smooth operations, and manages housekeeping materials and laundry processes efficiently. What will you do? Room Cleaning & Inspection: Supervise and participate in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, ensuring consistent quality standards and readiness for guest arrivals. Public Areas & Bar Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the Bar Wilsons area and all common zones, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for guests. Laundry Management: Coordinate and control the laundry service, including washing, drying, folding, and inventory of linens, towels, and uniforms. Stock & Supplies Control: Manage housekeeping inventory, monitor material consumption, and ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning products and amenities. Team Supervision: Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to maintain productivity and adherence to company standards. Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the Reception and Bar teams to ensure efficient communication, timely room turnovers, and support for operational needs. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping procedures comply with safety, hygiene, and company regulations. What do we look for? Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hospitality. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer literacy (for stock control and reporting). Advanced level of English (additional languages are a plus).
