OverviewJob Title: Night Concierge - Supported HousingLocation: Various London Sites | Hours: Night Shifts (including weekends & holidays)Salary: CompetitiveWe're seeking a Night Concierge to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents in our supported housing services. You'll play a vital overnight role supporting vulnerable adults, including those affected by homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTVRespond to emergencies and manage incidents calmly and effectivelyProvide low-level support and welfare checks to residentsMaintain accurate logs and handover reportsCarry out basic cleaning and minor maintenance tasksQualificationsExperience working with vulnerable groupsStrong communication, problem-solving, and lone-working skillsEmpathetic, non-judgmental approachBasic IT and report-writing abilityEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Training and ApplicationTraining provided.
