This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of product innovation, ensuring new products are developed and launched to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Lead and manage factory trials, ensuring all materials, documentation, and procedures are in place. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches. Maintain and update technical documentation including BOMs, QAS, and trial specifications. Ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice and internal quality standards. Support pre-production and post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: Experience in food manufacturing, ideally within chilled or FMCG environments. Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles. Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
