Our teams create magic at iconic venues across London and beyond. The role is freelance, overseeing delivery and execution of events across multiple sites in London. The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience in hospitality bar management and front‑of‑house management, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and lead teams. Responsibilities Maintain an efficient bar and stock room. Supervise bar staff, motivating the team. Handle bar stocks, till operation and cash safely and securely. Ensure strict compliance with venue Responsible Service of Alcohol policy. Place stock orders. Interact with customers, serving food and drink while upholding high standards of customer service. Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times. Provide till and counter service. Support hospitality services and events. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area. Meet food safety and health & safety legal and company requirements. Report hazards and defects. Lead and train staff with a positive “can do” attitude. Multitask in a busy, fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Communicate, influence and interact with people at all levels. Benefits Excellent pay.
