Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a school located near Seaford, on the coast, in East Sussex who are looking to recruit driven and professional SEN Teaching Assistants. Ideally you will have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant with students and supporting those with SEMH and Behavioural Issues. This is a school for secondary aged children, and experience of working with young adults, either in a school or in the wider community, would be ideal. Responsibilities To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles. Track and monitor student progression Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
