Bar and Restaurant Manager – Hotel du Vin Poole, Poole, England Overview We are looking for a Bar and Bistro Manager to oversee the smooth running of our bar, bistro and meetings operation. The role requires a hands‑on operator who will coach and support the team to deliver the highest standards while meeting budgeted targets and KPIs. Pay: £32,000 per year, plus TRONC. 45 hours per week, permanent contract. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year and are looking for people who can work a variety of shifts. Shift patterns and contracted hours will be discussed at interview. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the bar and bistro. Co‑train and support the team to achieve service and quality standards. Ensure profitability by meeting budgeted targets and KPIs. Provide a memorable experience for guests and drive repeat business. Qualifications Experience running a branded restaurant operation. Background in the hotel industry – Restaurant or Bar Manager experience is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
