You’ll be the go-to expert for installing and maintaining telecoms equipment and UC solutions. Whether you’re advising customers on the Service Desk, remotely diagnosing faults, or travelling to sites to deliver installations and upgrades, you’ll play a key role in keeping businesses connected. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, and your expertise will directly shape customer satisfaction and service excellence.
