Work safely and effectively as part of a one/two/three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision. Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements. Take ownership of designated Field Services H&S tasks. Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly. Complete all site works to client satisfaction. Clean, secure, and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Handle loading/unloading materials safely and correctly with a high regard for health & safety. Follow all company H&S policies, RAMS, and wear correct PPE. Engage with clients on-site to communicate progress and offer support. Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement. About you: Proven experience in a similar field-based or technical role is essential. Strong understanding of the water and wastewater industry is advantageous.
