Job Description Key responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Service Administrator include: Manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.Handle order processing and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.Address and resolve customer concerns or elevate them as necessary.Support the customer service team with general administrative tasks.Monitor and track customer orders to ensure satisfaction.Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service within the department.
