Major Food Group is hiring experienced Senior Chef de Parties to join our opening team at Carbone London, located inside the Chancery Rosewood Hotel. We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensure the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene, and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a designated section (e.g., grill, larder, pastry, sauce) to consistently high standards Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Leading the execution of private and large scale events Assisting the Chef de Cuisine with any necessary tasks to ensure a smooth service Supervise and train junior chefs and commis within your section Answer, report and follow Executive or sous chefs instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food #J-18808-Ljbffr
