Overview HGV Class 1 Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. Shifts Thursday to Monday: afternoon starts between 14:00 and 17:00 Rates of Pay Basic: £17.20 per hour and after 20:00 is paid at £20.00 per hour Saturday: £17.20 per hour and after 20:00 is paid at £20.00 per hour Sunday: £22.00 per hour Bank Holiday: £31.73 per hour Benefits Your benefits as a HGV Class 1 Driver are: Excellent Hourly Rates Ongoing Work Weekly Pay Onsite Canteen Training Provided Immediate Starts Employee Well-being Program Day to Day Duties Your duties as a HGV Class 1 Driver will be: RDC or Brewery Deliveries no handball (working on curtain-side) Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch #J-18808-Ljbffr
