What you will do: Manage and process referrals within the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Single Point of Contact. Conduct risk assessments on referrals to determine the appropriate care pathway. Engage with families and young people through care contacts, providing expert guidance and support. Make well‑informed referral recommendations to partner agencies, ensuring the best outcomes for those in your care. Supervise and guide a team within the CAMHS setting, managing caseloads and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. Essential Skills/Experience:We are looking for individuals with proven experience within a Community CAMHS setting, specifically dealing with children and young people with complex mental health issues. You should have a strong background in managing a caseload within this environment, demonstrating leadership and decision‑making skills.
