The fund has a large range of assets across a range of sectors including transport, ports, energy, road and other similar assets. They are now looking to add an Analyst to their Asset Management team. This team focuses on managing and developing assets since they have been bought. Responsibilities Member of portfolio group which takes responsibility for managing the portfolio investments once they have been acquired by the fund. Financial analysis and modelling of portfolio company performance and growth opportunities (acquisitions and organic). Supporting refinancing of portfolio companies. Supporting investor reporting. Fund performance modelling. Active part of the portfolio management team. Qualifications Strategy or commercial development professionals with infrastructure companies. Portfolio analysts. ACAs with leading accounting firms, where you will probably work in lead advisory/transaction services or modelling. Strong financial modelling skills – you have to be able to do DCF modelling.
