As a member of the RTPI’s Nominations Committee you will assist our Board of Trustees in making decisions on award recipients and reviewing applications for members wishing to represent the RTPI on numerous bodies in the built environment sector. What will you be doing? Review and make decisions on behalf of the Board of Trustees regarding applications including for RTPI fellowship, special awards, and RTPI representation on external bodies. Keep the selection criteria and processes for Fellowship, awards, honours and positions on external bodies under review, as well as any other selection processes referred to by the Board of Trustees. Contribute proactively and constructively to meetings, presenting well‑thought‑out reasoning based on objective assessment of documents. Qualifications Required A methodical and analytic mind. Recent and relevant experience in membership organisations and/or in professional rewards and recognition.
