Adult Social Worker – Croydon Council Salary range: £43,680 – £45,750 p.a. plus fantastic benefits. Contract: Permanent. Hours of work: 36 hours per week. Location: London Borough of Croydon. Responsibilities Provide casework for adult social care, supporting people who need signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council. Engage in community liaison through GP Huddles and ICN+ Partnership, working with Health and the Voluntary sector. Develop links and networks within a locality setting, utilising the various support options available from Croydon and its partners. Contribute to the council’s statutory functions and support the implementation of new electronic recording systems and data sharing initiatives. Qualifications Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England) with over two years post‑qualifying experience. Ideally completed the Assessed Year in Supported Employment (ASYE) as a newly qualified Social Worker. Must be a car driver with a full British Drivers Licence.
