A destination for experiencing Beauty in a way like no other Why be a Skin Specialist at THG Beauty? The Skin Specialist is an integral part of the team providing world class customer service to every single customer and specialising in skincare and skin treatments. Keeping exceptional customer experience at the forefront of everything, the Skincare Specialist will tailor each consultation to their customers specific needs and queries, providing a professional service each time. Responsibilities Provide world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times. Perform high quality skincare treatments that are a perfect fit for your customers’ requirements whilst delivering a professional level of customer service. Recommend an ongoing skincare routine for your customers to use at home with relevant skincare products from the store. Ensure all products and services recommended to your customers are fitting to their needs and mindful of their relevant medical background. Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is always at the top of your priority list. Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure all customers receive a tailored shopping experience. Achieve personal set goals and KPI's. Proactively build customer relationships to fully book the treatment room. Drive sales through the seamless customer journey and experience and deliver personal targets and KPI goals. Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers. Support in training the store team on skincare products. Always be a positive, professional and dynamic team member. Ensure medical grade hygiene treatment room standards. Assist in the update and maintain visual merchandising of all brands. Qualifications Nurse Prescriber qualification is essential. Level 4 in Beauty Therapy is essential. Additional skincare/aesthetic qualifications are desirable but not essential. Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills. Full availability across weekends and bank holidays is imperative. What’s in it for me?
