As we expand our reach through strategic partnerships, we are seeking a technically skilled Channel Solutions Architect to drive revenue growth through partner enablement and joint customer success. Responsibilities Partner Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver technical enablement programs for partners, including workshops, webinars, and hands‑on labs. Ensure partners understand how to position, architect, and deploy Silk solutions. Joint Solution Development: Collaborate with partners to design joint solutions and reference architectures that integrate Silk’s technology into broader partner offerings across cloud platforms. Pre-Sales Support: Support partner sales engagements by participating in joint customer calls, delivering product demonstrations, assisting in technical qualification, and guiding POCs and pilot deployments. Technical Advocacy: Serve as the go‑to technical advisor for partner teams, helping them navigate complex customer environments and ensuring successful deployments. Field Collaboration: Work closely with Silk’s sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner activities with regional goals, identify joint opportunities, and support co‑selling strategies. Feedback Loop: Provide continuous feedback from the field and partners to inform product development, roadmap decisions, and competitive positioning. Thought Leadership: Represent Silk at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums. Help build brand credibility by contributing to whitepapers, blog posts, or speaking engagements as needed. Qualifications Foundational Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of systems fundamentals — including operating systems, networking, storage, cryptography, and automation/scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash). Cloud Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP — including compute, storage, and networking components. Cloud certifications are a plus. Partner‑Facing Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical partner enablement, pre‑sales, or solutions architect role, ideally supporting channel sales or strategic alliances in the enterprise IT space. Sales Acumen: Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and partner‑led go‑to‑market motions. Able to align technical activities with business outcomes and revenue targets. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience creating technical content for partner audiences is a plus. Collaborative & Influential: Skilled at working across internal and external teams to drive outcomes. Can build trust with partner engineers, architects, and account executives. You will excel at this role if you are: Customer and Partner‑Oriented: Passionate about helping partners deliver real value to customers. Technically Curious: Enjoys staying up to date on emerging technologies and sharing insights with others. Self‑Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Strategic & Tactical: Able to shift between high‑level architectural conversations and hands‑on technical work as needed. Nice to have but not required: Experience working for or with VARs, MSPs, cloud resellers, or systems integrators. Background in infrastructure software, cloud storage, or performance‑sensitive workloads (e.g., databases, ERP). Experience with hybrid or multi‑cloud architecture strategies.
