This role offers the chance to work on high-value projects across the North East, playing a pivotal role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live projects. You'll be instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring cost control, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contractsPrepare and manage cost reports, CVRs, and financial forecastsLead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final account settlementsEnsure strict compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governanceLiaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teamsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and manage project cash flowContribute to month-end reporting and performance analysis Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or construction sectorStrong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skillsDegree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent numerical and communication abilities If you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, please contact 01224 246246.
