It's a solo Maintenance Engineer role in a growing injection moulding business where youll have autonomy to put proper processes in place. Planned and preventative maintenance is the goal, and youll have the chance to build that structure from the ground up.Yes, you'll get your hands dirty. This is a hands‑on role, looking after ageing machinery that needs attention and investment. But you wont be alone in terms of support : youll work closely with setters and operators who know how the machines should run, and youll have access to manufacturers for technical advice when neededYoull report to the Production Managerand sit alongside the informal leadership team. Its a small businessaround 60 peoplewith a flat structure and an owner‑MD whos in the thick of it.
