Fine Art Shipping Account Coordinator
Location: South London, UK

Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage client relationships, setting and meeting expectations through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Collaborate within the team and with the head of department to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Oversee project coordination, including shipping, customs clearances, installations, and regulatory permits.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, health and safety regulations, and high professional standards.
Handle all administrative tasks and assist with office phone inquiries.
Attend professional courses and promote continuous improvement within the department.
Be flexible to work away from base and assist in other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Experience dealing directly with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service.
Experience dealing with Customs Clearances is desirable but not essential.
Previous Experience working for a UK based Fine Art Shipping Company.
Full right to live and work in the UK.
