The Opportunity You’ll lead a small team focused on delivering meaningful financial insight, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the tools and systems that support commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial reporting, insight generation, and dashboard development. Oversee pricing and margin analysis, ensuring competitive positioning. Improve forecasting accuracy through strong modelling and data use. Support digital and system enhancements across ERP, CRM, and BI tools. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to influence strategic decisions. About You Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or strong commercial finance background. Strong analytical skills with experience in data, pricing, forecasting, or BI tools. Comfortable working cross‑functionally and engaging non‑finance teams.
