Lecturer in Accounting & Finance – Greenford Join GEDU Global Education as a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance at our Greenford campus. This full‑time, permanent role requires no sponsorship. The Role: We are seeking lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels in our BA(Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. You will need flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends. What You'll Be Doing: Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet all learning outcomes Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate Use a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties Stay current with developments in your field and student support practices Work toward objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression About You: Hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable) Have former UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area Demonstrate extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter Have experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback Have experience of accurate reporting and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records Can work under pressure, plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines Have excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills Can work with diverse groups of people Desirable: Hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commit to enrol on a teaching programme during probation and complete within three years, or have a Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent) Have experience designing/developing academic or professional education programmes or equivalent Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level Employment Type: Full‑time Job Function: Finance and Sales Industry: Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
