OverviewWorking alongside our client, a leading injection moulding 1st tier automotive supplier, we are seeking 2x Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team to support business growth.BenefitsOpportunity to work with state of the art injection moulding machinery and robots within a clean and bright manufacturing environment.Training and development opportunities.Large modern canteen facility.Good car parking facilities.RemitAs a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for providing effective maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of injection moulding machines, associated robotics, automation equipment and site facilities.The successful candidate will join a modern, clean, and highly automated manufacturing environment, working with the latest injection moulding machines, robotics, and automation systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Maintenance Engineer who is looking for long‑term career development, training, and progression within a world‑class manufacturing operation.RoleCarry out planned PPM & TPM on injection moulding machinery, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.Respond quickly to breakdowns, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.Perform mechanical and electrical fault finding, including hydraulics and pneumatics.Ensure machines are production‑ready in line with manufacturing schedules.Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive process improvements.Promote and maintain high health & safety standards at all times.Support training and knowledge sharing within the maintenance team.Experience RequirementsProven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within plastics / injection moulding or a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and automation.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.Experience with PLC fault finding and programming – Desirable.Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles – Desirable.Proficient in planned and reactive maintenance.Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.Strong health & safety awareness.Key WordsMaintenance EngineerMulti‑Skilled Maintenance EngineerMaintenance TechnicianService EngineerElectrical EngineerElectro‑Mechanical Maintenance EngineerInjection moulding #J-18808-Ljbffr
