OverviewVisa is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs to lead the end to end delivery of colleague dining hospitality services and programming based in Europe. Serving as the culinary and hospitality subject matter expert the Director of Workplace Hospitality is a culture champion and advocate for the Visa colleague experience.The Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs will be based in London and will oversee all aspects of Visa's hospitality experience across Europe. This role is responsible for shaping and executing culinary and hospitality experiences that reflect our culture and support employee wellbeing at several offices of various sizes including sites with up to 2500 FTE. The Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs will actively collaborate and partner with the Global Workplace Hospitality team to develop implement and uphold worldwide standards design and best practices.ResponsibilitiesHospitality Experience and Amenity ServicesIntegrate hospitality and food amenities into broader workplace initiatives including wellness sustainability inclusion and hybrid work modelPromote a hospitality first mindset across all Corporate Services touchpointsTailor food and hospitality amenities to enrich workplace culture and align with employee expectationsDesign and Future PlanningCollaborate with global team members to share best practices and contribute to the development of scalable future ready hospitality environments worldwideProvide operational input into infrastructure planning and equipment specificationEnsure scalability and future readiness of hospitality environments.Culinary and Dining ExperiencePartner with global peers to drive culinary innovation and consistency in food quality safety and sustainability standardsLead the strategy and implementation of onsite food and beverage programs.Develop and implement service tiers tailored to site size and function.Drive culinary innovation and optimization in partnership with vendors.Ensure vendor excellence in food quality safety presentation and sustainability.Budgeting and Vendor ManagementOwn culinary amenity budgets across sites including capital and operational spend.Lead vendor selection onboarding and performance management including assurance of all necessary licenses.Oversee contract compliance and service level delivery.Pan European OversightServe as a liaison between the European region and the global team ensuring regional execution supports global transformation goals and standards.Adapt hospitality program and strategy to reflect regional preferences and cultural nuances.Ensure consistent service delivery across insourced outsourced and landlord-provided models.Align regional execution with transformation goalsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.Qualifications10 or more years experienceBachelors degree or equivalent industry qualificationsProven leadership in workplace program management across multi-site corporate environmentsExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsExperience designing and scaling food services and programs for diverse populations and facility typesExcellent vendor management and contract negotiation skillsDemonstrable ability to develop strategy while ensuring operational execution in parallelFamiliarity with local food cultures and workplace hospitality trendsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
